光氧催化设备除异味效果怎么样?

现往常工业产生的废气中有不少是存在异味的,这些异味不只滋味难闻还十分难以消弭以至会对空气形成污染,所以光氧催化以其良好的肃清异味的才能而被普遍运用。

  1、优点:

  (1)光氧催化采用催化剂,对恶臭废气停止催化,到达废气净化目的的办法,处置恶臭气体不产生二次污染。

  3、除臭流程

  (1)光氧催化设备内,高能紫外线光束与空气、二氧化钛反响产生的臭氧、羟基自在基等对恶臭气体停止协同合成氧化反响,同时,大分子恶臭气体在紫外线作用下使其链构造断裂,使恶臭气体物质转化为无臭味的小分子化合物或者矿化,生成水和二氧化钛,达标后经排风管排入大气,整个合成氧化过程很快。
  (1) In photocatalytic equipment, ozone and hydroxyl radicals produced by high-energy ultraviolet light beam reacting with air and titanium dioxide stop synergizing oxidation reaction to odorous gases.   (2)光氧催化中臭氧的产生:应用高能紫外线光束,使空气中产生大量的自在电子,这些电子大局部能被氧气所取得,构成负氧离子,负氧离子不稳定,很容易失去一个电子而变成臭氧,臭氧既能够氧化合成有机物和无机物,对主要臭气和烃类化合物等,能够与臭氧发作反响,在臭氧的作用下,这些恶臭气体由大分子物质被合成为小分子物质,直到矿化。
  (2) The generation of ozone in photocatalysis of photooxygen: the application of high-energy ultraviolet light beam can produce a large number of free electrons in the air. Most of these electrons can be obtained by oxygen, forming negative oxygen ions. The negative oxygen ions are unstable. It is easy to lose an electron and become ozone. Oxygen reacts, and under the action of ozone, these odorous gases are synthesized from macromolecules into small molecules until they are mineralized.
  4、留意事项:

  (1)设备处置运转过程中严禁翻开。

  (2)设备在运转时发作异常,应及时切断电源。

  (3)不开风机时,严禁长时间单独开启等光氧催化除味安装。
