光氧催化和水喷淋处理废弃的技术特点

水喷淋和光氧催化废气处理设备技术特点 :

有些产生废气的工艺所排出的废气中会体现出恶臭、黏附、高温,高湿、此种工况下要完全处理废气根本不可能,在高于80℃的工况下光氧设备的光源效率仅为40℃时的50%,如果黏附物黏在光管壁上,那么光源就无法散发,没有光源的设备就没有净化处理功能,因此在光氧废气处理装置前设置水喷淋降温,及粗效过滤作为预处理器,从而确保由原配套风机抽风引入的废气中所含尘杂在进入光氧废气处理装置时得到有效的拦截过滤。把通过初步预处理的废气送入光氧废气处理装置后采用风机送出。
