光氧催化设备内部结构的作用及特点

光氧催化设备功能特点:具有一次性净化效率高,能同时净化多种污染物;无二次污染。防火性能采用开关,电源,电路三重自动保护。
Functional characteristics of photocatalytic equipment: it has one-time purification efficiency, can purify many pollutants at the same time, and has no secondary pollution. Fire protection performance adopts switch, power supply and circuit three automatic protection.
恶臭污染物质大多是气相污染物,主要由碳、氢、氧、氮、硫、卤素等元素构成。就化学结构而言,臭味物质分子多因具剩余电子,而有刺激人类嗅觉的特性。光氧催化设备采用先进的高级氧化技术,突破单一体系的反应局限,在整个反应体系中,两种氧化能力极强的氧化剂—O3和·OH参与反应及185nm高能量紫外线直接裂解废气,使得脱臭效果更佳,恶臭气体矿化程度更高,可无害化排放,无二次污染。
Odor pollutants are mostly gaseous pollutants, mainly composed of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, sulfur, halogen and other elements. As far as chemical structure is concerned, odor molecules have the characteristics of stimulating human olfaction due to their residual electrons. Advanced advanced oxidation technology is adopted in the photocatalytic equipment to break through the reaction limitation of single system. In the whole reaction system, two oxidants with strong oxidation ability, O3 and OH, are involved in the reaction and 185 nm high energy ultraviolet ray is used to directly crack the waste gas, which makes the deodorization effect better, the mineralization degree of the odorous gas higher and the harmless discharge. 1.在产生高能离子群体的过程中,一定数量的有害气体分子受高能作用,本身分解成单质或转化为无害物质。

2.含有大量高能粒子和高活性的自由基的离子群体,与大分子气体(如苯、甲苯等)作用,打开了其分子内部的化学键,转化为无害的小分子物质。新生态的氧离子具有很强的氧化性,它能有效的氧化分解不受负离子作用控制的有机物。和废气反应后多余的氧离子(正),能与氧离子(负)很快结合成中性氧,因而不会更多地对设备及环境造成不利影响。
2. Ionic groups containing a large number of high-energy particles and high-activity free radicals interact with macromolecular gases (such as benzene, toluene, etc.), opening up the chemical bonds within their molecules and transforming them into harmless small molecular substances. Novel oxygen ions have strong oxidative properties, which can effectively oxidize and decompose organic compounds which are not controlled by negative ions. After reacting with the exhaust gas, the excess oxygen ions (positive) can quickly combine with oxygen ions (negative) to form neutral oxygen, which will not cause more adverse effects on equipment and environment.
3.提供的 UV 光子总功率不够或者含氧量不足,会因为裂解或氧化不完全而生成一些中间副产物,从而影响净化效率。对于高浓度大分子的有机恶臭物质体现得较为明显。

If the total power of UV photons is insufficient or the oxygen content is insufficient, some intermediate by-products will be produced because of incomplete decomposition or oxidation, which will affect the purification efficiency. The organic odorous substances of high concentration of macromolecules are more obvious.
4.UV 光解净化的长期稳定、高效,需要反应温度<60℃,粉尘量<100mg/m 3 ,相对湿度<97%。

5.废气物质中若某种特殊化学元素的含有量过高 ,也会导致强化剂臭氧的生成量大大降低,zui终影响总体的净化效果。

采用组合式结构设计,低风阻≤400Pa,无噪音,无需专人管理,操作简单;主要组件可方便拆装维修或更换,净化效率可达≥90%。

1.均流板:使工业废气均匀的通过光氧催化设备内部,避免工业废气通过过快或分布不均。
1. Flow equalizer: Make the industrial waste gas pass through the inside of the photocatalytic equipment uniformly, avoid the industrial waste gas passing too fast or unevenly distributed.
2.前置过滤棉:具防火隔尘,有效隔离、过滤体积稍大的杂物;

3.紫外光灯管:高能紫外线光束,去除有机臭味废气;每支灯管均为150W,灯管正常寿命为8000-12000小时;

4.电箱开关门:内有UV灯管控制开关,方便检修电源及灯管等组件,同时方便控制开关和灯管的更换;

5.活性碳层:依要求UV光氧催化设备出口端可增加活性碳吸附层(属选配)。
