喷涂废气光氧催化处理需要注意哪些?

1、该技术通过特制的激发光源产生不同能量的光量子,利用恶臭物质对该光量子的强烈吸收,在大量携能光量子的轰击下使恶臭物质分子解离和激发。
1. The technology produces photons with different energy by special excitation light source, and uses the strong absorption of the photons by odorous substances to dissociate and excite odorous substances under the bombardment of a large number of energy-carrying photons.
2、利用光量子分解空气中的氧分子产生游离氧,即活性氧,因游离氧所携正负电子不平衡所以需与氧分子结合,进而产生臭氧。

3、臭氧在该光量子的作用下可产生大量的新生态氢、活性氧和羟基氧等活性基团,一部分恶臭物质也能与活性基团反应,最终转化为CO2和H2O等无害物质,从而达到彻底去除恶臭气体的目的。因其激发光源产生的光量子的平均能量在1eV~7eV,适当控制反应条件可以实现一般情况下难以实现或使速度很慢的化学反应变得十分快速,大大提高了反应器的作用效率。
3. Under the action of this photon quantum, ozone can produce a large number of new active groups such as hydrogen, reactive oxygen species and hydroxyl oxygen. Some odorous substances can also react with the active groups, and eventually convert into harmless substances such as CO2 and H2O, so as to completely remove odorous gases. Because the average energy of light quantum produced by the excitation light source is 1 eV~7 eV, the chemical reaction which is difficult to achieve in general or very slow can be achieved quickly by properly controlling the reaction conditions, which greatly improves the efficiency of the reactor.
4、由收集系统将恶臭气体进入光量子净化装置,在此利用特制激发光源产生的光量子诱发一系列反映后,将恶臭物质分解转化为CO2、H2O等无害成分,该装置已是一种功能较强的绿色环保型空气净化装置。无二次污染,反应后废气排出主要有氮气、氧气、水、二氧化碳等无害气体。
4. By collecting system, the odor gas is introduced into the photon quantum purification device. After a series of reflections are induced by the photon generated by a special excitation light source, the odor material is decomposed into harmless components such as CO2 and H2O. The device is a green environmental protection air purification device with strong functions. No secondary pollution. The main harmless gases are nitrogen, oxygen, water and carbon dioxide.
