光氧催化设备保养决定起强大的作用!

根据光催化氧化剂使用的不同,可以分为均相光催化氧化和非均相光催化氧化。

均相光催化降解是以Fe2+或Fe3+及H2O2为介质,通过光助 - 芬顿反应产生羟基自由基使污染物得到降解。紫外光线可以提高氧化反应的效果,是一种有效的催化剂。紫外/臭氧(UV/03)组合是通过加速臭氧分解速率,提高羟基自由基的生成速度,并促使有机物形成大量活化分子,来提高难降解有机污染物的处理效率。
Homogeneous photocatalytic degradation takes Fe2+ or Fe3+ and H2O2 as medium, and produces hydroxyl radicals through photo assisted Fenton reaction to degrade pollutants. Ultraviolet light can improve the effect of oxidation and is an effective catalyst. The combination of ultraviolet / ozone (UV/03) is to increase the rate of ozone decomposition, increase the formation rate of hydroxyl radicals, and promote the formation of a large number of active molecules to improve the efficiency of the treatment of refractory organic pollutants.
非均相光催化降解是利用光照射某些具有能带结构的半导体光催化剂如TiO2、ZnO、CdS、WO3、SrTiO3、Fe2O3等,可诱发产生羟基自由基。在水溶液中,水分子在半导体光催化剂的作用下,产生氧化能力极强的羟基自由基,可以氧化分解各种有机物。把这项技术应用于POPs的处理,可以取得良好的效果,但是并不是所有的半导体材料都可以用作这项技术的催化剂,比如CdS是一种高活性的半导体光催化剂,但是它容易发生光阳极腐蚀,在实际处理技术中不太实用。而TiO2可使用的波长最高可达387.5nm,价格便宜,多数条件下不溶解,耐光,无毒性,因此TiO2得到了广泛的应用。
Heterogeneous photocatalytic degradation is the use of light irradiation of some Semiconductor Photocatalysts with band structures such as TiO2, ZnO, CdS, WO3, SrTiO3, Fe2O3 and so on, which can induce hydroxyl radicals. In aqueous solution, water molecules produce strong hydroxyl radicals with the ability to oxidize and decompose various organic compounds under the action of Semiconductor Photocatalysts. The application of this technique to the treatment of POPs can achieve good results, but not all semiconductor materials can be used as a catalyst for this technology. For example, CdS is a highly active semiconductor photocatalyst, but it is easy to have a photo anode corrosion, which is not very practical in the actual processing technology. TiO2 can be used at wavelengths of up to 387.5nm, which is cheap, most of the conditions are insoluble, light resistant and non-toxic, so TiO2 has been widely used.
光氧催化设备
光氧催化设备的保养:
Maintenance of optical oxygen catalytic equipment:
1、每天清洁房内铅笔、玻璃及地台底座,以免灰尘和漆尘积聚;
1, clean the room's pencil, glass and platform base every day to avoid dust and dust accumulation.
2、每星期清洁进风隔尘网,检查排气隔尘网是否有积塞,如房内气压无故增加时,必须更换排气隔尘网;
2, clean the air inlet dust net every week and check whether there is plug in the exhaust dust net. If the air pressure in the room increases without any reason, the exhaust dust net must be replaced.
3、每工作150h应更换地台隔尘纤维棉;

5、每月清洁地台水盘,并清洗燃烧器上的柴油过滤装置;

7、每半年应清洁整个烤漆房及地台望,检查循环风活门、进风及排风机轴承,检查燃烧器的排烟通道,清洁油箱内的沉积物,清洗烤漆房水性保护膜并重新喷涂;

8、每年应清洁整个热能转换器,包括燃烧室及排烟通道,每年或每工作1200h应更换烤漆房顶棉。
